Versus Finance Limited sponsored the ‘Give Service a Smile’ 2024 customer service campaign by JCX Alliance in Jersey
The campaign, led by Claire Boscq, an internationally recognised Customer Experience expert and founder of the JCX Alliance, invited the Jersey community to nominate individuals who consistently deliver exceptional customer service. Nominees were recognised for exemplifying the JCX Alliance’s S.M.I.L.E. values: Service, Mindfulness, Integrity, Listening, and Excellence.
Selected nominees were honoured with the exclusive JCX SMILE Pin, symbolising their commitment to enhancing customer experiences and promoting kindness and professionalism throughout Jersey’s business community.
