- Residential Investment Loans – for buy-to-let and multi-unit properties. Up to 75% LTV.
- Commercial Investment Loans – for property acquisitions or refinancing. Up to 60% LTV.
- Maximum Term – up to 7 years on capital and interest.
- Interest-Only Option – up to 12 months available across all facilities.
