Conditions of Loan Application
You can apply for a loan if:
- You are aged 18 to 70 and live in the Jersey, Channel islands
- You have been a Jersey resident for a minimum of 3 years
- You are in paid employment or have regular income
- You have not had a request for credit declined in the past 6 months
- You do not have a history of bad credit, such as bankruptcy or a CCJ
- You are not applying for speculative purchases such as gambling, investments, top-up loans, timeshares, holiday clubs or any illegal activity
